Our group class workouts are different every day. That doesn’t mean they’re random.
At the start of every group session, your private coach will explain how the workout will benefit you. It could contain a strength-building portion, a metabolic effect, a flexibility component, speed work or any combination of the 10 elements of fitness we listed in the Foundations blog post.
We “program” our workouts in advance to create a progression, but you can jump in anytime without losing the effect. Yes, it’s a delicate balance to have athletic veterans and less-fit newcomers in the same class, but that’s where our expert coaches come in.
