You won’t lose weight simply by joining a gym.
We do have the best workouts and coaches. But if you come to class and do not change what you eat- you WILL NOT lose fat.
Some diets work temporarily. You can lose weight doing Keto, Paleo, counting macros, etc…
But is the weight loss sustainable?
You can work closely with a nutrition coach 0r here are 3 tips to get started on your own:
- Track EVERYTHING that you eat and drink. Either use an app like My Fitness Pal or Fat Secret or write it down in a notebook.
- Eat protein with every meal and snack.
- Eat real food, mostly plants. (ditch the processed foods)
These three tips are a great start and you will feel and see the difference if you do this for a few weeks.
