Regardless of which results you want, making a consistent habit of prioritizing your physical and mental health is what gets results.
The results that you have now are a product of your current habits. If you want to change your results, you must start by changing your habits.
Whether you come three times a week or five times a week, what matters most is that you CONSISTENTLY come that many times, every week.
